Hi Cass,
Welcome! You can start by reading the Guide for Listeners and Volunteers, which is posted at the very top of the page:
http://librivox.org/wiki/moin.cgi/

And think about whether you'd like to record books, or proof-listen, or edit, or what. And then jump right in!

What looks like fun to you, Cass..?

There's dozens of possibilities, though most people are recording their readings, and listening to those readings for accuracy & blippy sounds. What sort of books do you like best..? Are you able & willing to record, or would you prefer to work with other people's voices..?

Good to have you aboard!
