I clicked on some of the reader's stories. The 'listen' links would not work for me.

kayray wrote:Oh, goodness, there's no waiting to be "accepted" around here :) Record a short story and post it to the short story collection! Ask for some feedback, and someone will take a listen and make sure you don't have any technical difficulties -- too-soft volume and/or loud background noise are the newbie's biggest problem, usually :) If you have any troubles we'll help you straighten them out, adn then you're off like a rocket!

Once you've hung around for a while and learned the ropes, you might like to coordinate a collection of short stories for children. You could pre-select a bunch and let people sign up, or you could make it more open, and collect 20 or so random stories. :)
Okay, I'll read and send in my mp3 re: request to read

Mother Goose in Prose by L. Frank Baum
We are down to the final stretch?
Found a chapter that needs to be re-recorded:
17 ? How the beggars came to town

that Westwinds12 found orphaned. Will read and send whether or not it is accepted.

Thank you for permission to start and for the hopefull feedback!

You may want to tell the book coordinator of that project.
