I just found LibriVox while looking for audiobooks to download. I live in Chicago, USA, and am retired. Formerly an English lit teacher, I also have public speaking and acting experience, including performing radio drama.

Besides that, I enjoy travel, reading, listening to and playing good music, dining out in order to avoid cooking

, numerous other pastimes. Hope I can contribute to LibriVox's efforts.

Welcome aboard, soundingtrumpet! Whereabouts are you in Chicago? I lived there a few years back, out in the Naperville/Aurora area (far west suburbs).
