I came across LibriVox from a Wired article. Absolutely fantastic idea, and I'm ready to jump into the linguistic joy that is Joyce! I also will post a new title idea. Looks like the group is very active and I'm looking forward to working with you all.

I work at a library consortium and live with a librarian...makes sense to participate.

Siobhan, Welcome! We're glad you're here! Feel free to jump right in and claim a chapter to read in the "Readers Wanted" section =)

I also work for a library consortium (in the UP of Michigan)... you'll find many a librarian haunting this site =)

Welcome to librivox, Siobhan! Grab a chapter of something whenever you're ready, and feel free to post any questions you might have.

Happy reading,

Welcome Siobhan! I work at a library that is part of a local consortium, so you'll find many folks familiar with the library world here. Happy reading!
