Hi, I found LibriVox today and think it's an excellent idea. That's why I decided to contribute a little as well, hopefully with my native language, Czech. I am a proofreader for Project Gutenberg and while I searched on their website for some books to read I realized there was a section for audio books. And here I am...

I think it's enough for a short introduction. (You can always ask me questions later. :) )

Greetings Alva

I think you are the first on LV whose native language is Czech! We love new languages represented here.

You will get a couple of other greetings that will give you all the advise you need to begin reading for LV or listening or editing.

Glad to have you.

Hi Alva,

You've found your way to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - excellent!

Do also feel free to find your own texts in Czech or Slovak - as long as they are public domain (published before 1923) we'd be delighted to have them. You might start with some poetry, perhaps? And invite some friends along, build up some momentum...? :D
