Hi,

I'm posting from Illinois right now.
I noticed LibriVox has been getting some Asian literature uploaded recently (mostly Chinese and Japanese)
and I thought I'd be able to contribute something in Korean.
I was born in South Korea and grew up there until 13.
My familiy then immigrated to Canada and that's where I went to university.
I have moved to the USA after graduating.

I would say I have about 80% proficiency in both English and Korean.
If I can stir some interest among my Korean friends/colleagues, maybe I can get some books recorded as well... but right now I think I can start with a few Korean poems and also translate some parts of the homepage.

Best wishes and see you around-

Hello ChangMo,
welcome to Librivox. I hope you will enjoy here. Sounds like a wonderful idea. Just make sure that everythigng that you record for Librivox is in the public domain.

Love gothic novels? Try Children Of The Abbey. Like surprising mysteries? Try The Amathist Cross. Looking for an easy read? Try Harriet's Choice.
