Hi everybody

I found this board through a friend from another board (you know who you are ;) ). This forum looks very interesting and since I do speak a couple of languages (not all on a proficiency level though but I'd try and do my best if needed), I thought I might perhaps contribute something.

Ok - am off to browse through the threads.

Welcome to Librivox! One neat little way you can help right away is to make a very short recording to contribute to our anniversary podcast. I would SO love to hear you say "Happy Birthday Librivox" in your native tongue.

Here is the link to all the information you might need:

Well maybe not all but if you have any questions, ask here or in the thread or PM me. The deadline will be saturday as the day is quickly approaching.....
Thanks in advanced. :)

therefore, depends on unreasonable people." George Bernard Shaw

welcome stella, two good places to start are Weekly Poetry (it's a good idea to start with a short recording to get the hang of things), and Listeners Wanted (where we do our proof-listening).
