Hello,
My name is Jim. I was a professional stage actor for over 30 years. I am interrested in becoming a reader. I am almost computer illiterate. So, I hope I'm doing this right!

Oh, well, seriously -- you've done the hardest bit already, Jim ... now it's just about asking questions as you go along. We can help with just about anything, once you have a way to say what's needed.

The Newbie's Guide to Recording gives an outline of what sort of thing you'll need to know ... but honestly, once everything is set up, you'll be recording whatever grabs your fancy in no time!

Welcome to LibriVox ... I look forward to hearing you :D
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!
