Hello, I'm Pablo, and I live in New York. I am an artist and a writer, and a lot of other things, and have done a little acting; so I've taken upon myself to read 'Sarrasine', a short story or novella by Honore de Balzac, which I've completed and will be posting soon for review.

Wow you jump in quick! Welcome aboard Pablo, glad to have you here!

I guess you've already figured out the process, but if you have any other questions just let us know

Oooh, looking forward to hearing you, Pablo ... I just took a peek at the start of the story and it does look like a good 'un.

I'm curious what made you choose it 'specially..?

[PS. I've never thought about this before - how do we handle footnotes..?]
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

Here is a thread discussing footnotes: http://librivox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=607

this would be a good topic for a Librivox Wiki page ...

I chose Sarrasine because Barthes studies it in his critical work S/Z.
