My name is Ben, and I'm a student at Cape Breton University in Nova Scotia, Canada. I'm new to digital recording, but being a hopeless computer nerd I just can't wait to try it out. We'll see if I can wrangle some decent sound out of this old Plantronics mic.

I have an old Plantronics that I've done some of my recordings on. When I'm at work I get to use our great studio, but for my humble little spare bedroom the Plantronics seems to work well. Let us know if you need help, there are plenty more of us nerds/geeks on board as well as seasoned volunteers who can help.
