Hello everyone!!!

Have traveled the world for many years, always listening to audiobooks. I'm also a language teacher who helps people with phonetics and pronunciation. Many of those books were from this site and I want to give back now that I'm more settled! Now awaiting feedback for my first 1 min test.. fingers crossed!

Cheers!

Hi and a big Welcome to LibriVox! We like jolly people here and especially if they are from England. You will enjoy being creative here as well as having fun. I've made a little video to welcome people; It has some basic info about us that I thought might be helpful to know right at the start. In any case ask lots of questions, we are a helpful bunch here and you will fit right in. https://youtu.be/mwtn_2d3_qs
Oh and Maria, our LibriVox pickle, can hardly contain her excitement Image

You might like to join the LibriVox Beginners Group on Zoom. This is something we have just started this year and if you are into that sort of thing, it might be fun to drop in and say hi. Let's talk about you, LibriVox and books!
First Mondays at 11 am and 11 pm Central time. JUne 6th next month!
