Section 21- There were several small stumbles. They are small, so use your discretion as to whether they need to be fixed or not:
14:45 "carminative", 17:32 "shallot", 19:35 "of a nice brown", 21:32 "in a few days", 22:32 "diameter", 26:25 "predominate", 31:30 "expeditious", 35:45 "which pound"

You're quite welcome. I had to do this in two separate sessions, and I'm afraid my voice is rather tense when I start the second part, so you can clearly hear where I pasted part two. Hope it isn't too distracting. But, I really enjoyed sauces, gravies and pickles!
