Anarch, this text isn't the easiest of things to start with... It's not an easy read (at least, that's my opinion). Don't give up on recording for Librivox! Just pick something shorter & easier - all you need is a little practice. Everyone think they suck, especially at first, read this: http://librivox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=37&highlight=suck

Karen, could I finish the chapter, please?

Hi Karen,
I presumed you wouldn't mind:

(Feel free to throw it out if there was some PM-claiming previous to mine for example)

Agreed. It takes time to start feeling comfortable with one's mistakes.

We're waiting for chapter 20-3 which went missing several months ago. :(
Jugoretz hopes to get it re-recorded this weekend.

Isn't that annoying? I've been noticing that sometimes on upload a file is immediately "renamed"; that is, it contains those xtra digits, but no "original" is ever there.

Going thru and indiscriminately deleting all the "renamed" files with xtra numbers then gets rid of the file altogether. I nearly deleted one like that yesterday.

I'll keep watching. :)

That little glitch is why I back up to my local system everything I delete before I do so. I've been getting copies of the files on this one, because I want to put it in my church library, but :( I din't get that particular file.

OK, here is the edited file: I removed one repeat, obviously intended to be removed by the reader.

There is a very light hum in the background, I didn't think it was too bad, see what you think!

I had to upload twice to get the URL.
