Asgard Stories, by Mary H Foster and Mabel H Cummings

This book can now be found in our catalog at https://librivox.org/asgard-stories-tales-from-norse-mythology-by-mary-h-foster/
Asgard Stories - Tales from Norse Mythology. What a delightful collection of stories of Gods and Goddesses! How much better our world would be if there were Gods and Goddesses who's jobs were to bring us joy and happiness? For every aspect of nature, there's a God behind it, how wonderful! No wonder nature is so beautiful and invigorating! The infamous Loki really came to life in this book! (Summary by Julie Yu)
Source text (please read only from this text!): https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/37488

Target completion date:

Prooflistening level: Standard
Prospective PLs, please see the Guide for Proof-listeners.

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the number of languishing projects on our server, we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't recorded anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process unless you are the BC or PL. Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Hi. I will set this up for you. :D Have you been Book Coordinator for a project before? If not, just ask and I will help with anything confusing.

First, notice the tilde ~ in front of the title. this annouonces that we need a dedicated Proof Listener (DPL) and hopefully someone will stop by later to volunteer.
Next, you are responsible for keeping the magic window straight and for that you need to sign in for t he first time which requires a new password https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_cDPSmlTjGM&t=99s try this video.

And here is one on doing a solo for the first time. It may be old but has some useful stuff in there http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9H99OSKKA4&feature=youtu.be. ask if anything is needed or confusing. :D

Note that I replaced the link to text with https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/37488 . We use this instead of a link to the actual book.

Hi,
Is it always a good practice to include the Preface or to leave it out? I didn't include it when I set it up and now added it but can't change it to 00 or delete it. I actually prefer to leave it out as it doesn't add much to the story itself.

I was wondering why there were two 00 sections. Just leave it out if it doesn't add much. :D Just start it with section 1, The story of the beginning.
