Here's Irene, who knows her own mind. I haven't read to the end of the play yet, but I hope she's right about what Rosario can accomplish for the imaginary chemistry student... Duration 13:37

Back from a low-internet no-Librivox year in Georgia. Glad to be with you again.
excellent job, Tina, thank you so much. These stage directions are flawless, you were making my PL job very easy this time.TrLove wrote: ↑August 10th, 2021, 4:02 pmHere are Act 1's stage directions, duration 30:00.

PL ok right away, nothing missing.

oh wow yes, this was a great character you created here, Joanna !!! I loved her snappiness to Don Juan right away, she doesn't take anything from him And her dialogue with Rosario is very engaging. (and yes...there will be a happy ending for the chemistry student, I've already read till the end )JoannaHoyt wrote: ↑August 10th, 2021, 4:54 pmHere's Irene, who knows her own mind. Only one small note for future recordings:
in Act 2: at 33:25: (p. 275) "he calls out after her "Rosario ! Little Rosario"
and in Act 3: at 22:32: (last page) "and Maria Pepa says "Pretty dears"
usually I recommend that the narrator also records speech inside the stage directions. Because then Todd has the choice of whether he wants the character to read this line or not. Sometimes also volunteers miss to read a line inside the stage directions, then it's good to have the backup from the narrator.
But let's wait for Todd to reply here before you record this part, because in these two cases, it's Todd's lines and my own lines, so he can decide this right away. I already recorded my part and included the line, so he can tell you already whether he will use it. Then you don't need to do anything anymore and I can mark it PL ok. So stay tuned !!!
Sonia
Thank you.

The Apparition is recorded, but I must edit before upload. And of course, I shouldn't edit until the head wound heals....
Thanks, Todd
Thanks, Todd
The Apparition awaits PL in the MW. Hopefully I will not have more missiles coming my way to have to duck....
