Thank you, adrianstephens. I do the same ol' little things every time I do a recording -- try to make sure the record level is reasonable first, that the mic is not too far away or too close. Then noise reduction, amplify, compress. Then go through it and take out extra space and pops if there are any. When the files are as done as I can make them, I put them through MP3Gain. I want to up my game a little bit and learn some new things.

Hello,
Great readings again.

There is a small technical matter that needs to be addressed. These two readings end with
about 3 and 3.5s of silence. I just checked on the forum, and the consensus is that 5s of
silence is the right amount.

Would you please adjust the silence at the end to 5s and re-upload?
Thank you,
Adrian

I am having a problem validating this project. One of the files has the wrong section number and is throwing off the others. I will work on this today and get it sorted out. Stay tuned.

Oh, it will work out and I don't think it is anything you have done. One of the files seems to have been put in the wrong slot or something. If you look in the magic window using BC admin, you will notice that the file for section 10 has the file name for 14 in it. This has moved some of the other files out of place. Don't worry, this will be easily fixable, just don't make any changes to anything yet until I have decided which files go where and the best way to fix it. :D Be cool.
