Just a couple PL notes on Section 18, Miscellaneous:
~02:13, when listing the ingredients for Baked Eggs a la Carnation, I hear "half tbsp butter-half tbsp flour." The text says 1 1/2 tbsp butter - 1 1/2 tbsp flour.
~04:23 I hear " 400 " instead of 425.
