The editors aimed at a high quality standard in their selection of short stories and poetry. Every half-year, the 26 weekly issues were also published under a bound compilation. This current issue features seven short stories and two poems. (Summary by Sonia)

and the next Rover is launched ! I will claim section 3 for myself.

Please note that pages 220 and 221 are missing from the book, so I linked to another scan in the MW. This concerns Sections 5 and 6.

Looking forward to the new batch of stories :9:

Again I read this from an alternative text source, I think the wording is the same.

two excellent stories again, Jim, thank you so much. Both PL ok. I have already visited Mont St. Michel and it's indeed an awesome sight in the water, and also without water around. The parking spaces have extra warning signs that cars need to be moved before the tide arrives, or they will be submerged by water. So there is an urgency to get back to your car if you parked it in such a spot :?

thank you, Alan, all PL ok. I checked with the source and it's indeed the same text. :) You know you can magnify the page in archive, then it is quite easy to read.

well it's only half a day's car-drive from where I live, so it would be easier for me to get there than for you ;) Though with the current crazy situation, I wouldn't want to cross the French border right now :( waiting for better times.

When recording I prefer to have the text on a small hand held device rather than a large screen, so magnifying the scans is not really possible. Fortunately with poems it is usually easy to find other texts. I have other texts of both the other poems I have claimed 👍

I have visited St Michael Mount in Cornwall which is a sister-site to Mont-Saint-Michel across the channel. It is also on an island reached by a causeway but is smaller and rather less architecturally attractive.
