The editors aimed at a high quality standard in their selection of short stories and poetry. Every half-year, the 26 weekly issues were also published under a bound compilation. This is the twelfth issue featuring seven short stories. (Summary by Sonia)

yes, reminds me of the sinking of the Titanic. Always tragic, and here especially, the captains and the crew of the first ship were quite despicable to leave their ship. What happened to "the captain remains till the end" ?

Absolutely PL ok, thanks ! A good start for this book.

welcome to the Rover project (and to the forum) Jennifer :) congrats on the test approval and yes, you are ready to roll now.

Here is your brandnew personal reader page: https://librivox.org/reader/16204 where all your projects will be listed. If you want to go under a different reader name (for example your real name) let me know and I'll change it.

Section 4 is reserved for you now for 2 months. All the details on how to speak the intro/title/outro correctly and how to name the finished file can be looked up in the very first post.

Have fun recording ! Looking forward to hearing a new voice in this project :9:

indeed, I did not think it would end well this time, Teresina dying of a broken heart maybe more likely. But it's better this way, even though not very realistic  All PL ok, thank you, Jim.

And while I was at it, I claimed section 6 for myself, so I hope you will be my PL again, later on.
