Well, coming to the party late, I'll take what's left 1 and 6.
Actually that might have been my first choice since I grew up not far from Lake Chelan. :)

Very interesting, except for that mention of the "psychosphere" created by human thinking... But then again, he spoke for somebody else so this may not have been his idea.

He could have left out the rant on "America the greatest" at the very end though. Especially the part "look at what we made out of this country once we took it away from those barbaric Indians." :roll: Now, that aged like a bottle of goats milk...

I can picture the psychosphere being the waves from the communication towers and antennas, etc, which in a way consist of human thinking :mrgreen:
I agree, that part at the end sounds out of place...
