In the file name, MP3 was capitalized! When I put it lowercase, it worked.

I fully agree that the pronunciation of Brazilian Portuguese is really quite strange to native English speakers. If you still have the original project files, go ahead and snip it out then re-upload. The uploader will rewrite the file name of the first one and name the new one with the old name.
