2:00 - "may lie in neither vic nor defeat" - "Victory" is cut off here. :)

The parts about Vietnam were interesting, seeing that they were written before the US got involved.

Yes! America's involvement in Indochina is an interesting story, along with the author's analysis of the Korean conflict.

25 spot PL OK!

Section 29:
All OK, except please remove "End of Psychological Warfare by Paul M.A. Linebarger" at the end. Your section isn't the end of the book; there's one more file after yours. ;)

Section 20: Chapter 11, Plans and Planning (22:14)

https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/psychologicalwarfare_20_linebarger_128kb.mp3

Two notes:

1. I think my voice is noticeably a little hoarser than usual at the moment. That's probably due to seasonal allergies so it's unlikely to be much better in the near future. Hope it's OK.

2. There's one footnote, at about 12:50, that I did a little differently: instead of just saying "Footnote" at the immediate spot where it appeared, I moved it to the end of the sentence and gave the context, "Footnote on 'definition of the plan in operational terms'". This was because, first, it would've otherwise made the rest of the sentence pretty hard to understand (since it would've resumed with "is needed"), and second, the footnote is talking about that phrase in particular. I could've just omitted the whole footnote, but I felt like it was one of those cases of Linebarger throwing shade on his colleagues that contributes to the book's personality.

Thanks! PL later...

Your reasoning on the footnote placement and notation is sound. I'm A-OK with it. 8-)

Section 20 PL OK!

I didn't notice the hoarseness. Oneself is probably the best judge of that. :)

(I have been known to take an antihistamine so that I could record, when I would have normally just dealt with the symptoms without the pill.)

Section 30 - PL OK!

FYI for future readings: "corps" is pronounced "core" when it's singular, "cores" when it's plural. ;)
