It's kind of spooky... Since you posted it yesterday, the times I've tried to download Ch 7 in order to check the name of the file, I keep receiving the following message:

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.43 (Ubuntu) Server at librivox.org Port 443

Perhaps it has something to do with my internet connection or my computer.

If it shows correctly when you open the MW at your end, then there is no problem, I guess.

Sorry, John. It has just occurred to me that I'm overstepping my role here. I shouldn't interfere with things such as names of files. Blame it on my OCD. My apologies.

No no, that’s okay! The MW keeps pointing to the old file with the incorrect naming. I am just not sure how to remove it from the MW. Any thoughts?

If you try the MW link to chapter 7, it should now work.

What I did:

Found where you had posted the link to 7 in the thread, right clicked on it and "copied link". Opened MW. Pointed to the link in the MW for section 7 (which highlighted it) and hit CTRL-V - to paste the link I had copied from the thread into the MW slot.

For the future, I can reformat the filenames when I catalog a project. So as long as the link in the MW points to the correct file, and the link allows you to listen to PL the file, then there is no need to correct it. Nice to do, but not absolutely necessary.

Sometimes, filenames that are in the wrong format will not play ... so if you have a file that ends in .mp3.mp3, or if you have a file name with a space or comma in it, it won't play. So for those, the reader does need to rename and upload a new file.

Good Morning!
I have discovered that I left off some text at the end of Chapter 9. The segue into chapter 10 didn't make sense so I went back to Gutenberg and fond that it was on the next page which I failed to copy when I pasted it to Word. Sorry about that, but the corrected link is below and in the workflow.

(I, too, had missed it. The chapter seemed to end at the bottom of the page.)

Yeah, we miss it here in New York. Rode horses for a couple of years in the parade, most exciting thing in my life! Been in the equestrian business for years, but that stole the cake!
