Well, I did get two chapters recorded today, but only got one edited. Hope to send the other tomorrow night!
Meanwhile, here's Chapter 19 - (length 21:20)

Well, I have to admit that I don't know what's coming next.

Here's Chapter 20 - (length 24:37)

(In which the plot thickens, and Eve faces a dismaying possibility.)

Tricia -
I just noticed that I made a typo in the synopsis in the first post. The last sentence is missing a word. I wrote "to return the lives" instead of "to return to the lives". I have made the correction in the first post. But I believe that the original version is the one that will appear at cataloging, unless the error is also corrected at your end. Could you please see that it's done? Thank you!
I have the day off tomorrow, and plan to finish off the two remaining chapters before the end of the day. The last one is extremely short, so it's really like one chapter remaining. I'm also going to take the cover photo and make the cover tomorrow, if time permits. Kevin has been very quick at PL'ing these last few chapters, so hopefully we will have everything ready to hand over to you by end of day Tuesday. That will leave a whole day before the end of the month, in case Archive is backed up and slow to catalog. I hope to get this in the catalog in time to count it toward the clean-up month total -- fingers crossed!

The summary in the database now has the missing "to". And your plan sounds good.
For some reason, I seem to have luck with Archive. I don't have projects sit for hours waiting to start deriving like some do. *fingers crossed*

More 'wows' coming in the next suspenseful installment -
Here's Chapter 21 - (length 38:51)
https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/homemaker_21_canfield_128kb.mp3
In which it's Lester's turn to agonize over the situation, and arrive at his own solution, for whatever it's worth ...
Finding a whole extra day you weren't expecting! Is it just as good as finding an extra dollar in your pocket?
Thanks for the summary correction, Tricia!
Maybe Archive just likes you!

And we're there!
Here's Chapter 22 - (length 08:13)

Certainly Lester, Evangeline, Mattie, and the two older kids have at least some inkling that subterfuge is involved here, without any of them ever discussing it openly. But the doc and Lester had their conversation in private, which leaves it a bit ambiguous as to whether those two discussed the plot more openly. Anyway, the doc provided Lester with an escape clause -- ("Maybe someday he could walk with crutches") -- just in case he ever decides he wants to get out of the wheelchair. But other than that, the doc washes his hands of them. The Knapps can do as they please from now on.
Tricia, I've also got the cover designed, just need to add the final run time when cataloging begins.

Thank you, Kevin!
Now we are ready for cataloging, Tricia!
I'm leaving for work in about an hour, will be home by suppertime.
I have the cover ready to go except for the final run time. I'll send that file along when I get home tonight.
