Deborah - I will take the last three open ones that Adrian did not pick up. I think that takes you to Readers Found. :)

Happy New Year!

Lynda
Thanks, both of you! Let's see, it looks like that would be 17-21 for Adrian and 22-24 for Lynda. Does that look ok?

Alright! Today's the day this project gets caught up! (Now, everybody stop submitting stuff, you got that??? )

15:
1:46 It sounds to me like something got cut off here in editing. Text reads, "As a star evolves a ray..." I hear, "As a tar evolves a ray..."
2:18 Changed word. Text reads, "Incarnation for our sake..." I hear "Incarnation to our sake."

25: (I really liked this one!)
2:31 Changed word. Text reads, "That sate and spake unto the three..." I hear "That state and spake unto the three..." (I'm not sure what to think about this word, though. In context, it seems to mean "sat," so I think you could be justified in pronouncing it that way. But if you'd like to use the long vowel, to rhyme with "ate," that would be fine too.)
4:00 Changed word. Text reads, "Be laud and jubilee..." I hear, "He laud and jubilee..."
4:04 Changed word. Text reads, "To God both hearts and voices raise." I hear, "To God both hearts and voice raise."
4:12 Changed word. Text reads, "As is both meet and just..." I hear, "And is both meet and just..."

31: (I liked this one a lot too, although I have my doubts about the idea given in the second footnote. It sounds a bit like Modalism to me, but I don't know as much about that kind of thing as I think I do, probably. )
1:41 Slight name change. The name given here is "Judaea" (Joo-day-uh or Joo-dee-uh. I have heard both.) I hear "Judah," which is a slightly different Biblical concept.

32: (Another really beautiful prayer. :9: Not sure what it meant about a pelican, though... :hmm: )
2:47 Changed word. Text reads, "And the blest fruition..." I hear, "And the best fruition..."
2:56 I'm not sure if it's just my ears on this one. Text reads, "Cleanse me, wretched sinner..." I think I hear, "Cleanse me, wretched singer..." :hmm:

34:
PL ok!

35:
1:20 There are three instances of the word "passeth" here that seemed to trip you up: "Passeth wonder, passeth sight/Passeth cogitation." I hear, respectively, "Pathess," "pathess," "passess." Can you please give these another go?
1:59 Here again is the word "Passeth," and again I hear "pathess."

36:
2:07 Changed word. Text reads, "God's long patience..." I hear, "God's last patience..."
3:27 Slight word change. Text reads, "If our Saviour's help..." I hear, "If our Saviour help..."

37: (Another one that I like a lot! Suitable for Christmas, but it also pulls in aspects of the good Samaritan story and one of the old testament prophets! Love it!)
0:41 OPTIONAL suggestion: "MS is a common abbreviation for "manuscript." It would be nice, for additional clarity, to read this word out, rather than using the abbreviation, but it's up to you.

Yes, making sure you have enough to do! Don't you knit too??? You could also knit a sweater :) Here are my last 3 assignments for your list -

https://librivox.org/uploads/mightyfelix/mediaevalhymns_43_neale_128kb.mp3 - 4:10
https://librivox.org/uploads/mightyfelix/mediaevalhymns_44_neale_128kb.mp3 - 4:25
https://librivox.org/uploads/mightyfelix/mediaevalhymns_45_neale_128kb.mp3 - 3:10

Lynda
And with these three, I do believe I am quite caught up here!

43: (This one was quite interesting, but it lost me on the part with the worm. :hmm: )
PL ok!

44: (I keep saying this about so many of them, but this is another one I think I'd like to revisit a few more times. There are some very comforting thoughts in here.)
2:07 This one might be again my ears playing tricks on me. Text is, "But what thy pride hath clothed with shame." And I think I hear, "But what thy pride hath clothed with chain."
2:52 Missing word. Text reads, "Jesus, as on the cross He hung..." I hear, "Jesus, as the cross He hung..."

45: (I like the joyful jubilant nature of this one!)
1:53 There is a name here that is pronounced differently, so as to become a different name, I think. The word is "Bosrah," and I hear, "Borash."

I read the discussion about placement of footnotes. For section 19, I don't see any good footnote placement that doesn't interrupt the flow.

Thanks,
Adrian

Checker is flagging this for a moderate amount of background noise, which is pretty audible on my speakers. It's up to you whether or not to apply some additional noise cleaning, because otherwise, it is PL ok!

Section 8:

0:19 I'm not sure whether this is something that necessarily needs to be addressed or not. But the table of contents says "B. Hrabanus Maurus," and I'm hearing just "Hrabanus Maurus." On the other hand, I don't know what the B. stands for, or if it would be best to just say "bee." Or how much it even matters! Again, all else PL ok!

11 is PL ok! I liked this one a lot. A very simple and beautiful prayer!

Section 33:

Checker flags this one as well, for a high amount of background noise, although I don't notice it as much here, for some reason. :hmm:
4:55 OPTIONAL pronunciation note: "To the Twelve himself he meted." Mete should be pronounced like "meet," so this should rhyme with "completed." https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/mete

Thank you, everyone! Leni, those three are now PL ok. And Alan and Adrian, I added all those to the MW. Let me know if I missed something!

The introduction is in the MW. Would anyone like to shoulder the arduous task of PLing it for me, pretty please?

Hi Devorah
I have listened to the Introduction and checked it against the text. I sounds fine to me. The Intro is not strictly in line with the wording in the first post but I expect that is OK 👍

Ah, I see what you mean. Thank you! I'm kind of a stickler for having correct intros. That's what I get for reciting it from memory! I will correct that.

Ok, I have fixed the intro of section 0. I also realized that I had missed the Notice, on the page following the Introduction, which I had intended to include, so I added that at about 3:12.

In both Intro and Outtro you say Introduction rather than Section 0 If this is intentional this is now PL OK

Yes, that was intentional. Saying (or hearing) section 0 is strange to me, and so I always avoid it. Thanks again, Alan!

Hi Devorah -

I have had a tragedy - I stepped on my mic/earphones and broke the earphone off! So I have a new set now and they do not quite sound the same. I am not very happy with my edits as I sound a bit like minny mouse compared to my recordings from my other set. Oh well. I need to find a popsicle stick to fix my other ones I guess - where do you find those in the winter!!!

Here are my edits -
