Andrew Wilson's disavowal of specters makes a nice companion piece, or perhaps I should say "oppositional piece" to Piotrek81's "Miss Morrison's Account of the First Visit to the Petit Trianon." Your voice sounded fine to me. I hope the raspiness is not a sign of anything serious. Stay well!

A few errors noted:

3:11 but I was too much agitated by a series of incidents which had most powerfully affected my moral feeling – you said mortal --- at least I heard mortal - how about you?

9:32 her mind being occupied with the subject of drinking fountains – you said mouth

A chapter number is not necessary for your introduction. You can introduce your reading this way: "How a Fast Train is Run," from "Stories of Inventors" by Russell Doubleday, 1904" This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit LibriVox.org.

At the end of the recording, you just repeat: "End of "How a Fast Train is Run," from "Stories of Inventors" by Russell Doubleday, 1904." You can then add, if you want, "Read by [your forum name or your catalog name].

By the time you are finished recording, the Short Nonfiction Collection (SNF) may be up to volume 080. PM sent to ebeltran dated 1/16/2021 re edits needed to Clarence Darrow, Ch. 6 and stating 1/22/2021 deadline was never opened by recipient. PM has been updated and resent, to inform ebeltran that his contribution to snf079 has been put on hold, but that it will be welcome in a future volume of SNF when edits have been completed.
