Tricia,

FYI.

In chapter 3 I found and I fixed the repeat at about 14 minutes, "chiefly at the entrances".

Found that repeat, so it's either still in the file or you haven't uploaded the new version? I downloaded the file about an hour after you posted about the edit.

13:49 - Repeat: "but chiefly at the entrances" repeated at 13:53

That's the only PL note. :)

Hi T,

Didn't upload it because I thought you might find other problems, needing yet another fixing and uploading.
I infer that you didn't, so here it is -- marked as Ready for PL.

Chapter 3 spot PL OK, chapter 4 PL OK

Ah, yes - the clue that the police consider insignificant will lead to the solution, of course. ;)

You got it -- lawyer's obsessed, police uninterested.

Fletcher's formula: lawyer or journalist (with help from attractive female he mostly ignores) follows small lead ... small lead is key ... resultant triumph jogs his emotions out of coma allowing him to see, register, ask for and get girl. (Oh well, it's her call, not mine  .)

6 PL OK!

I'm guessing the next chapter has nothing to do with the song. "Black velvet and that little boy smile..."
