Chapter 19

If you need help, we do have a Need Help? forum where tech savvy people hang out and are ready to answer questions. You really do need to find an answer.

At about 2:20, it sounds as if someone is using a vacuum cleaner. Added to the general background noise, it drowns out your voice and makes it impossible to understand without following along with the text.
