Hey folks, I got the feedback that I need to make a couple edits and I was hoping to get that done within the week but it just couldn't happen this week. Is it okay if I make those fixes by this time next week? Or is there any other kind of deadline for it? Thanks!

Only because the collection is full, it'd be nice to have the edits as soon as possible and move on to the catalogue. Otherwise, you would have time as long as the project was running, within a two month deadline.

A week from now is fine!

Sorry for the confusion folks! I'm still a newbie so never knew about the old 10 secs of silence rule. Will check in with MCs before adding this as PL note in future to check whether it's an issue for them or not.
I've learnt something today! :)

Rapunzelina, thank you for clearing that up. I can see that it would be more straightforward for everything to have the same number of seconds. I'll try not to go on autopilot for LV work, but you may need to remind me in future!

Alixsquish, please don't worry about it. Rapunzelina is being very polite, but I'm a dinosaur. You won't need to worry about it with most files! I hope you find more and more interesting things to PL.

Erin

All right! I have a real computer to work on now, so this was SO much easier to understand and fix this time! And less intimidating, so now I can make changes faster if I still messed something up. So, once more with feeling:

Thanks unhallowedarts!

Apologies, I hadn't realised you weren't on a computer - my advice for changing your sample rate probably made no sense at all!

This is now PL ok - and congrats on getting your first recording approved! I hope you've enjoyed it and are off to do more :)

Rapunzelina - I've marked this as PL ok in the magic window - hope that was correct!

Yes, all correct!

I will go on to cataloguing, as the rest of the readers with notes haven't responded. Except section 2 (Key to Grief), which can't be used as is, the rest will be OK. I will post again when cataloguing is complete. :D

Phew-that tested my editing skills!
Thank you Rapunzelina and apologies for the delay in editing them. Amended and both uploaded again-I assume the same links work?

Thanks Grant,

What a brutal description of the nun!

This is pretty much PL ok but there are a couple of stumbles that are worth fixing if you're able to.
01:09 - stumble on 'awe inspiring'
02:33 - stumbled on 'affianced'

Please review my submission.
Jane of George Street, Edinburgh by Elliott O'Donnell.

Another great spooky tale, thank you! I think 'slippery-sloppery, filth-bespattering inferno' is a fantastic description of rain.

Again, PL ok but with one stumble:
12:11 - stumble on frequently.
