Thank you!
Ch 11 is up now.
I've been getting bogged down somewhat.
However, last night I too a walk with my 8yo daughter and read The Hobbit to her.
It's an open country road, so not much chance of being overheard except in some spots, but a neighbor from a mile down happened to be out for a walk, so she got to hear Gollum realize his ring was missing and frantically trying to chase down Bilbo.
She was surprised at how I could do all that while walking a mile or so.
It was a lot of fun, but his high, screechy voice is hard on the vocal chords.

Enjoy!

I posted through Ch 14.
Something happened when I uploaded Ch 14, and i had to go back into Librivox.
I believe it did upload alright, but let me know if it didn't get in.

Now for a bit more yard work.

I lost my voice for over a year due to a frozen vocal cord. It was awful. High, screechy is far beyond my limits these days.

I have 4 chapters downloaded for PL. 14 downloaded fine. Looks like 12 is being a little finicky. I'll have to attempt downloading that one again. I'll let you know if I run into problems.

I've not heard of a frozen vocal cord. What causes that?
Something else to worry about!

They believe it was a virus I picked up while on a school trip to Panama. I love to travel but my body doesn't appreciate 3rd world countries. :(

Thank you for the upload. That did the trick.

Everything should be fixed, and through Ch 17 is up.
This catches me up to myself, as that's the last chapter I have recorded so far, and I'm fighting a head and chest cold.
Hopefully, I'll be back in the booth soon.

If we don't get a chance to chat, have a Happy Easter!

Ch 19 and 20 are both uploaded.
I'll put in the summary, and everything seems ready to go.

Thanks again for your help in this.

I've downloaded the test and have begun organizing the last of the series.
For some reason, I saw new characters, and am a little nervous. Maybe it's just trying to decide how many new voices there will be and how the play them.

I hope to get the project from submitted soon.
Still interested in this one?
