-Reduce the opening silence to 1 second.
-Reduce the closing silence to 5 seconds.
-Noise clean the file by applying the Noise Reduction effect.
-After noise-cleaning, use the compressor effect and then the amplification one. This should bring the amplification of the file within the target range.
-the file should be named ssf071_onemartianafternoon_leahy_ah_128kb . Please use this name when you reupload the file and paste it in your reply.
