One thing I noticed elsewhere, so I'll mention it here too: please check the filenames whether they are correct and note in the MW if they are not (in the NOTES column). I can change filenames on the server if that's the only thing wrong with them (so no need to reupload for the reader), but I need to know this before cataloging because all hell breaks lose otherwise.
