  • Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): standard

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).
Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process (unless you are the BC or PL). Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

As soon as Lynette checks in I'll get you moved over to Going Solo.

I changed the text link. We use the main page rather than a particular text content.

Have fun!

Okay, here we go! I guess I will pretty much bounce back and forth between the two books. I think this one is pretty fun to read, so I hope you find it fun to listen to as well.
Chapter 1 is in the MW!

Fun to listen to, as well. How hilarious, the running-away-from-a-woman ruse.

Chapter 2 is up. One of the chapters I did for a collaborative Autobiography of Franklin a little while back contained this extraordinary story of his dealings with the governor of Pennsylvania. :!:

Here's chapter 3. Really enjoying this book.
We were never in any immediate danger from the Sonoma and Napa County fires, thank goodness- they were all around us, but all about 45 minutes to an hour away. But, like you, we have been breathing brown soup for several weeks.
