Scarbo wrote: September 19th, 2021, 2:11 pm I've PL'd Act 2, and there's one thing I wanted to mention about it, but it's another one of those things you might prefer to leave as is. At 35:06, Job Arthur says, "They've agreed to come out next Friday," (instead of Monday). It wouldn't matter except that later at 36:01 he says, "They're coming out on Monday for certain." Other than that, it's PL OK!
Thanks I have edited the file so its ready for a spot PL

PL OK!

I'll most likely have Act 3 PL'd by tomorrow at the latest.
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Act 3 sounds great! Here are my notes:

- At 33:22, the end of "wet-whiskers" is cut off.
- At 34:01, "he'll none go back," I don't hear the "he'll," though it could be missing from the original file.
- At 46:23, "(The crowd is beginning to roar)" is missing (it's at 8:03 in the original file).

There are several places where one of the Voices is whispering and I need to turn up the volume quite a bit to hear what he's saying. I guess whether to amplify those parts would be your judgment call, but if you decide to, the main places are 33:20, 33:40, 33:53, 34:00, 34:49, 36:02, 37:57, 38:52, 39:35, 40:52, 41:27, and 41:53.

Starting to catalog - but what do I do about the cast list file? Is it supposed to be cataloged (it isn't named correctly for that.)

Also need updated summary - and will there be a text cast list for the catalog page?

Thanks, Todd

Hi Todd I am sorry but I am not fully understanding what the problem is. When you say the cast list file isn't named correctly could you let me know what I need to do. I have never done a text cast list so not sure what that is.
Any help much appreciated.

Edited to add: Just realised what you mean about the cast list file. The cast list has been included in Act 1 so this is not needed.

Updated summary:
A man is speaking to a group of colliers in a small mining village. They have decided that they have had enough of the way they are treated and decide to go on strike. A battle of wills ensues. Summary by Michele Eaton

For the text cast list do you mean this

Narrator: <a href="https://librivox.org/reader/14297">Scarbo</a><br>

Voices: <a href="https://librivox.org/reader/7026">Michele Eaton</a><br>

Hope so I had posted it a couple of days ago.
Please let me know if I need to do anything else.

I fear I may be having a senior moment oh dear

Great. I was out of town and had not scrolled back far enough in the forum to find the cast list - sorry.
