Dale, Funny you should mention Lord Dunsany's habits. The day you wrote that I was browsing opium wars, then on to opium and that lead my mind straight to Lord D. Did you hear me thinking?

Good evening -

I just uploaded the following story by an African-American poet, which I thought was really sweet and very innovative for its time:

Title: The Black Fairy by Fenton Johnson (1888-1958)
Text URL: https://www.gutenberg.org/files/31456/31456-h/31456-h.htm#Page_175
Duration: 08:56

Thank you... it is a story, not a poem, right?

Good evening (at least where I am  ,

I found this poem, but I couldn't find an author. It is in the collection noted in the source URL. It says it is from Les Nuits Etoilees, but I couldn't find any collection by that name (of course you guys are a lot better and more experienced than me when it comes to that sort of stuff). I just listed it as "Unknown Author". The book, The Library of Romance, was published in London in 1837.
