First time user--so bare with me
Is it accurate to say the section number is not the same as the chapter number? As an example, if a person claims section 21, that person would read full chapter titled President McKinley's Visit. Thanks.

When individual long chapters are divided into two or more parts, then the section numbers will not be the same as the chapter numbers. Sometime short chapters may be combined, and then the same holds true. Furthermore, always check the reading instructions for each project because they may vary. Sometimes the format may be to read the intro as "chapters" and others will specify "section." Same for the end of the recording.
