I just ran the technical specs test and it was generally OK, but outside the acceptable volume range. It needs to be reduced by about 3dB https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_z607awyLw (amplify by -3)
The file also needs to be in mono https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJ-Nq-os2YI

I suggest waiting until Cheryl has proof listened, in case there are other edits, then please re-upload using the same file name.
