I would like the final two chapters, 43 and 44 please.

In chapter 37 a little over half way through there is a sentence which goes: “Men have died, and worms have eaten them, &c.”
I’m not sure what to do with &c.

It’s a standard (maybe old fashioned?) version of etc., so say “et cetera “

Hi. If the notes column of the MW is supposed to reflect the duration, then there is a typo there for this chapter. Not a big deal, as I'm sure the person who PLs this chapter will discover the actual duration.
