Lomond, this means that all of our files are in and ready for PL. Do you need help getting through the rest of them?
Greetings -

This was a great book to listen to and, on the other hand, a sometimes hard book to listen to. It was easy to let yourself get caught up thinking about the message and not pay attention to the reading.

Thank you, Lomond. :)

I do plan to launch another book by this author. So if anyone is interested in reading for that book as well, stay tuned!

It seems that I listened to Chapter 1 some time ago, but never put up the one comment needed. This realization came to me as I began to listen to it again. Oh, well. Maybe there was a message in it that I needed to hear again.

Any way...

TIME: 01:10 TEXT: "which made those who listened to him believe" Maybe it is just my ears, but it sounds like "who" is pronounced "to".

Otherwise, PL OK.

Now, I will go see if there are others that I have already listened to. :? :?

This should have that fixed up!

I've just spot checked section 1 and corrected the spacing issue for section 25, meaning that this project is ready for the catalogue. I wish I'd done that earlier in the evening, because now it's too late at night for me to start cataloguing. I need sleep. But give it 24 hours, and it should be there! (Or longer, if archive is being slow tomorrow.)

Working on cataloguing this now. I haven't yet decided which of his books to do next. There are more than I thought! https://olddeadguys.com/2020/04/08/a-bibliography-of-louis-albert-banks/ Any preferences?

Two that I looked at that I think would make good project are Unused Rainbows and A year's prayer-meeting talks

They have the advantage of being shorter sections to read. Some of his sermons seem long.
On the road again, so delays are possible

Great, thanks for the feedback! Those were two of my front-runners, in fact. Nice to have that confirmation. Tough choice, but one or the other will be in the Launch Pad shortly.

Greetings -

Aaaargh! Sorry it took me this long to get to this.

When I checked the revised file for Chapter 21, it had the same silent period problems as before. I wonder if this is the revised file.

I'll try again. I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back here. Joan
Don't worry about it, Joan. Since we are so close to the finish line, I decided to fix it myself, since it is a quick fix. It could be that you uploaded the wrong file after all. Some people's computers like to rename the new version instead of writing over the old one, and it can cause problems if you don't watch for it. No big deal, though. :)
Thank you!!!
Joan
