I'll be sure to run my notes past the standard PL guidelines more carefully. Section 8 is all OK except for a persistent scratching sound from (11:54) to (15:19). I'm not sure if this needs to or can be fixed, but I thought I'd let you know.

I did hear some noise, but I don't believe it should be unbearable to listeners(hopefully) . So I left as it is.
Section 13 is now up.
