May I claim 27 and 28 please? Cosimo is an interesting chap. Tyrant who defeated Siena and ruled as a tyrant... but gave them excellent government, including great improvements in justice, administration and commerce to pay for it.

Welcome! I'll enter you in. :)

The author died in 1919, so it's definitely not copyrighted in Europe. (Europe is a Life+70 jurisdiction, so in 2020 you can record works by authors who died in 1949 or earlier.)

13:16 - missed edit: "it may be doubted whether..." repeated at 13:20

He repeated many of these defenses in section 15, when he spoke about her character. :)
