This book of 11 knowledgeable chapters is a good read for teaching children just how important their thoughts can be. Eva March Tappan has decided to inform her readers by showing them just how that can happen. ( Adr )
Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): standard
IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated). Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process (unless you are the BC or PL). Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Hello Jo,
I have just recorded chapter 1 & noticed the line that shows to save as...it has a ~ at the beginning of that line. I did not save it as I am pretty certain that it doesn't belong there. Will you please edit that symbol out?
Thank you
You are correct it doesn't belong there. It is there because you must have entered the title in the template generator as ~DIGGERS IN THE EARTH so the tilde ended up everywhere the software used the title in the post that is generated. Something to keep in mind for future projects. You should add the ~ to the thread title after you have copied and pasted generated code to avoid this happening. I've removed them, but just so you know, you can edit your own posts included the top one in a thread as long as you are the BC or soloist who posted it. Just click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the post.

Now I know just where the hyphen will go, thank you.
I do know how to edit with the pencil though I did not know if it would have been appropriate, suppose I could have, sorry I did not. Thanks again.
Congratulations April on completion of this solo recording for LibriVox! This book is now in the LibriVox catalog and available for listeners to download. Please check the catalog page and let me know if any changes are needed:
