I was wondering if I could read section 2 of this work?

Thanks!

Hi, Brandon!

Where are you in New Hampshire?
We just moved last year to Pittsfield, just about 30 min east of Concord.

Well,. get started by reading our Newbie Guide to Recording: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Newbie_Guide_to_Recording
You will find a section in there on submitting a one-minute test recording, which we need to check out your recording set-up and technical settings. Once you have the official "OK" on that, post back here and I'll assign you section 2, which I will save for you.

Saved this for you - just waiting for you to iron out your technical issues on your one-minute test.
Seems you have that solved, so you are free to record this section.
But, before I can officially assign it to you, I need to add you to the LibriVox catalog. So, please let me know how you would like to be credited. You can use your real name, a pseudonym or any nickname you wish.

In regard to my previous note:
I forgot that I was saving Section 2 for another new reader pending completion of the one-minute test, which has been done.
So, after you complete your test, post here again and request another open section, and I'll be glad to have you.

Oh, nothing you did!
I just forgot to make a note in the MW, so my omission.

Anyway, you are in!
Just click on your name in the Magic Window to view your personal catalog page where you can track all of your LIV work.

WELCOME TO LIBRIVOX

Hi!
I see there are still some issue for you to work out on your test recording, but in the meantime I'll save this section for you.

When you have that squared away, post again here and let me know how you would like to be credited in the LibriVox catalog - real name, pseudonym or other nickname as you prefer.

Thank you, Silverquill.
I've submitted my second test recording. The first recording was submitted according to ACX required specs, so, I had to make a few tech adjustments. I hope I got it right this time.
Hopefully, this will be the first of many projects.
