Chapter 5 needs one edit, there is a stumble at 3:05-:07 needs to be cut out.

In chapter 6, there are stumbles at 4:09 and 5:24-:26 that need to be cut out.

Section 20 needs to be amplified. The volume is currently at 85.1 dB, we need it to be around 89 dB. If you could amplify by 4 dB, then it will be about right.

Yes, it is Latin! It means, "He who wants to know that things of the world should know Latin." It was a line I "borrowed" from an article written about the abdication of Benedict XVI. The one reporter who broke the story understood his Latin speech. Of course, I don't know how she heard it because he was talking in a mumbled whisper!
