Yes, I saw the notes. It's so exciting to hear that people are enjoying the books. I recently had a Facebook chat with a professional musician who had performed a song informally on FB, that she had just, "thrown together, " on a whim. It had words of encouragement that really touched me at a low time in my life. I mentioned to her how amazing it must feel to have a talent that can be a positive influence on someone's life like that. She turned it around on me and said, maybe my talent was encouraging her!

I know this isn't the same sort of thing, but I was told that I read our Elder's wife to sleep one night, so I guess I'm doing something well. 😊

About the other thing, I was misinterpreting your message as a misinterpretation of mine. At work I have technicians who perform tasks for me. Sometimes when I ask how it's going, I get a sharp, "We're working as fast as we can." I must've read that sharpness into it. 😞

I'm glad we're good.

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m working on PLing these now. Just got through 30.

Yes, all is well, we’re still very busy here.
Was it this post? Sorry!! I totally see how it can be taken wrong. Reason for this post/wording was because I expected you were noticing the PL status changing without me posting. Just wanted to clarify that it was actually being PLed and status intentionally changed.

I too am glad we’re good, and I apologize for the unintentional sting!! Thanks for bringing it up, because otherwise it might always have been a subtle issue between us.

Take care, stay well, and good luck with recording! :)

OK, I've finished through 37.
But, more importantly, I'm going to need you to send me a message.
The other project on which I was working is chatty and now I can't find this thread in my dropdown, and it's surprisingly hard to locate this one. :D

Enjoy!

Thanks for the heads up! I’m working on 35 now. Up until that point is PL OK. I'm really getting caught up with the story, so I forget about judging the reading of it. That, to me, means you're doing an outstanding job of it!

Ah ha! You fell for my ploy!
He really loves burying people in the snow and making them sick, doesn't he?

The weather references make me think. Those exact things happen these days, and everyone says it's the beginning of the end.

It does sound rather familiar. :)

Haha! So that’s what the talk is now? What about 2 years ago, or is that too recent to count? I distinctly remember having a nice cover of snow about this time in April. As Solomon noted so many years ago, “there is no new thing under the sun.”

But perhaps I ought to have listened to the rest before commenting.

 I meant to post when I finished PLing those other sections, but somehow my connection wasn't very steady and I got cut off just before submitting my post. Now I'll need to practice some self-discipline, or I'll be PLing these next while others are waiting! :D

That's cool! It'll give me some time to build up a few.
I just put 40 up.

I'm taking the rest of the night off. My son saw a license plate that said Crazy Ivan, so since then I've been dying to watch The Hunt for Red October again!

Take care,
Keith

I just re-uploaded Ch 46. Please delete the first one.
There was an error in the beginning I'd forgotten about when I got done PLing it.

Well! Looks like you’ve got quite a few ready for me! I did PL 38, but restrained myself from doing more just yet. Gotta save those for occasions of de-stressing, you know.

You're so good to me! 😁
Take your time. My deadline is for me getting them submitted.
I have though 51 recorded.

I thought this rainy day was really going to see me race through them. I can't sit that long!

Gotta stay on my toes!
Hey, if you get a chance, the Moon and Venus are next to each other tonight. I tried to get a pic, but my phone is terrible.

I’ll check out. Thanks for the info!

ETA: I too was unable to get pics because of trees blocking various views, but it was neat to see none the less!
