Great!
You forgot to give us the file lengths but I've put these in the MW Ready for PL.
Quite good reading, but our DPL will give you a full report.
Thanks so much!

Here's Chapter 20 - 2:55

Let me know if any changes are needed.

Thanks, this was fun!!

P.S. Is it okay to let my grandchildren (3 and 5) listen to these file before the book is published?
My son thinks that it'll give them a charge to here a story read by their Grandfather. (My Daughter
in law thinks it'll give her about 5 minutes of relative quiet while it plays!) :D

Fine to let the kiddos listen to YOUR recordings, of course. But wait to download the rest of the book. But, shouldn't be too long because there are only two more chapters left to come in.

Thanks!

I will wait for the book of course, but I'd like to see how a couple kids react to the stuff I've read.

Umm...

I'm new here and all. And I don't want to sound pushy, but there doesn't seem to have been any movement in either this forum or the MW for a while.

Is everyone healthy?

We're waiting for the final two chapters to come in.
The will open up on May 16 if not received.

I'll see if our DPL needs some help with the outstanding chapters waiting for PL.

As long as everyone is okay.

It'll still be a couple days before I can read my chapters for the "Good Grey Horse"

Darned spring alergies!

Greetings -

Having roused myself from an isolation induced lethargy, I will get everyone caught up with Puss Junior.

Let's start with Chapter 16.

This chapter would be PL OK if it wasn't for one item that needs attention:

TIME: 00:19 Right after LibriVox DOT org, the phrase "Puss Junior and Robinson Crusoe, by David Cory." is missing.

Nice job of reading, peppersnoodles.

Greetings -

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner, Daniel.

A very good job of reading. Your voice has a nice crispness to it that makes for easy listening. Just one suggestion...when you come to the end of a chapter, I notice that you leave a short gap before you say "End of chapter..." I think it sounds better if that gap is not as long as what you leave. Definitely want to hear more of your recordings.

Both chapters are now marked PL OK.

Greetings -

You know, MichaelES. Once you let your grandchildren here you reading stories, they're going to want you to do more and more. Just fine with us because these two were nicely done with great voices.

A little correction is needed on each one. The silence at the beginning needs to no longer than one second and yours are more than twice as long. Just shorten them and both chapters (19 and 20) will be PL OK.
