There were some oddities in the text - editing errors I suspect. A particularly egregious one appeared in Chapter 11, in the section about unwishing wishes; in the first instance of unwishing, the name it is attributed to is Willy whereas the the subsequent text makes it clear that it should have been Wandell. I did not want to take it upon myself to correct the text, and have read it as written while trying to make it sound as if it makes sense, but it doesn't really and I would very happily change this! Let me know if you would like a corrected version.

Thank you Caro. About chapter 11. Yes, it is very strangely worded and probably a series of typo errors but as of now I suggest we leave it the way it is written. If the PL finds it jarring we can talk but I suspect that you did a good job of making sens out of it.
