13 PL OK.

Feel free to put my initials on anything you wish to record. No obligation of course but send me a PM if you do. We're healthy but now a second person I've met has died. Both had chronic health problems though one was only 50.

Thanks so much, Dave. You are the best! Glad you and yours are well. No one in our circle yet. It is scary stuff. Talk to you soon. Yours, Jim

15 PL OK. Finished!

Off to catalog.

Edit: I just noticed that the book summary is from Wikipedia. If paraphrased, that's ok but we prefer not to use their exact wording as it might be copied from another non-PD source. I'll wait for a response.

Sorry for the confusion on my part, but is the summary now in the first post of this thread the one you wish to use? I'm working on several LV projects right now AND the caffeine hasn't kicked in yet AND it's snowing right now, hence my confusion.

I have put it in the summary section of the title page. I assume that is the first post, so to speak. Or do I need to put it elsewhere? Jim

So that there is no chance of error, please post it in a return message (copy and paste) in this thread so that it appears below this message.

Here it is:

In this volume, we have the Virginia Dynasty of presidents: Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe. America at this time was involved in expansion with the Louisiana Purchase and the annexation of the Floridas. Then too we were involved in international affairs especially with Tripoli, England (the War of 1812), and Spain. And all this led to the establishment of what has become known as the Monroe Doctrine. At the end of it all, America has become more throughly American. Of course, on the horizon as a consequence of The Missouri Compromise looms the controversy surrounding slavery. This is Volume 15 of the Chronicles of America Series.

All audio files can be found on our catalog page: https://librivox.org/jefferson-and-his-colleagues-by-allen-johnson/

Let me know if anything is amiss. System was very slow today. Hopefully that's all.

Yes, I have had some problems with LV the last two days. Looks right, Dave. Thanks.
