.....Section 8 is now PL ok. I noticed only just now that the filename contains the same typo, but no worries, I will make a note in the MW and correct it myself in my folder this afternoon.
Thank you
Sonia

Ack! I'll get those fixes out today after my kids go to school. Starting with posting a retitled section 8. So much for copy and paste titles...
I went back and made sure I had the "England Part #" on the rest of the scripts.
Quick question: on section 20 there's a line that reads "...landed on December 5, 1688." Should that be read December five or December 5th?
Thank you
Sonia

And verily did the chains fall off all manner of things which sorely needed chaining.

really no need to reupload section 8, I'll correct that one behind the scenes. Let's not make unnecessary uploads if they can be avoided. And if a section is already PL ok, it should not be overwritten again (potential errors may incure, which we want to avoid)Ack! I'll get those fixes out today after my kids go to school. Just correct the two that you have to reupload anyway.
this is totally up to you. Some people say it this way, others differently. Just say it as you would normally.Quick question: on section 20 there's a line that reads "...landed on December 5, 1688." Should that be read December five or December 5th?

Hi Sonia,
I'd like to have somewhat of a larger presence in this volume than the last, so I'll help out and claim sections 27, 35, 36, 49, 67, 75, 88 and 91 if I may!

Slowing down to *hopefully* catch the tech mistakes before posting. My muscle memory for the process is weak and flabby.

Sections 9 and 16 now perfectly PL ok
for section 15 there is only a tiny (but significant for the painter ) mistake at the beginning:
> at 0:13: "1837" – you say "1873"
> and careful with the filenaming: no _ between volume and 10
thanks

Sonia
hey Andrew, what a nice surprise to see you back again so soon An excellent choice to be starting with a short section before venturing in hour-long recordings. Section 28 is reserved for you now.
Since you are new to the project (and LV in general), please read the first and second post very carefully, there are all the infos for the correct disclaimer, how to say the title, how to include footnotes and how to name the file later on.
And here is your personal reader page: https://librivox.org/reader/13853
you can see all your projects listed here (only this one for the time being, but hopefully filling up soon)
Now enjoy your first official section ! Welcome aboard.
Sonia
