Section 38 submitted, at 24:59
First: Jim, this reading is PL OK!!

Second: A lot of Godwin's writing is complex, but this section is tortuous (to me, at least). You did a great job with it. Kant's book, "The Critique of Practical Reason" is considered one of the most difficult texts to read; but, Godwin's chapter has it beat a country mile. Holy Moley!! I sure am glad that you recorded it and not me.

KUDOS!

Section 28 has been orphaned.

Thanks, I'll admit it was a bit of a struggle.

I'd like to give Section 28 a try (?)

Section 28, Book IV chapter I
Is not only PL OK, but is Super-Duper OK.

Jim, your recitation skills are increasing with every section. It was a pleasure to follow along with you in this section. The pleasure was compounded by the fact that this section is not one of the jaw-breaking, mind-numbing ones coming from Godwin's pen.

The only time I was tempted to bring out the "blue pencil" was when I heard the word "infantINE" and simultaneously saw the letters in the written word. My brain was expecting "infantILE" but that's not what the text has.

All in all, a great reading, Jim.
